From artwork to finished merch — here's exactly what happens

Every order follows the same six steps, with a file check before quoting and QC before shipping — so you know what you're getting before bulk production starts.

Workflow

Custom Order Workflow

Six steps from first message to delivered goods — with a sample checkpoint before any bulk run.

Can you work without a die-line file?

Yes. You can start with a high-res image or source file — die-lines, hole positions, and the white-ink layer get confirmed before production begins.

What's the difference between single- and double-sided?

Single-sided keeps cost down for products where the back isn't seen; double-sided suits keychains, bag charms, and card holders that are viewed from both sides.

Can you match a specific magnet strength or acrylic thickness?

Yes — we match soft-magnet sheets, strong magnetic discs, and magnetic badge backs to the product's weight and mounting surface (see Capabilities below).

What packaging options are available?

Retail: backer card + OPP bag + barcode sticker. Gift box: color box + inner tray + info card. Trade show: hang tag + quick-restock label. Cross-border: scratch-guard film, divided packaging, packing list.
